It came in original box with all paperwork in perfect condition. My wife's' wrist is 43", so the watch feet perfectly.
About the quality of the watch I am not going to say anything - it is Cartier.
The only thing that you need to remember that your warranty book will not have "Authorized" dealer stamp so if you are going to go to Cartier store, do not revile this fact :o)

I am a women who likes men's watches, this is definitely not for someone who likes delicate, thin watches. The price is unbeatable, in the stores averages $4700.... You will enjoy it I hope as much as I enjoy mine....

Maybe the reviewer is a woman and in such case she is right, this watch is not really for every woman. Its a more manly watch
