A watch that doesn't keep time is worthless, July 2, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Stuhrling Original Men's 141B.331D5 Tuskegee Skylancer Swiss Quartz Date Green Canvas Strap Watch (Watch) I purchased this watch as a lightning deal. I was very happy with it until I noticed it kept losing time. At first, it was just a couple of minutes over the course of the day. But then it would be 15 minutes over an hour. It would lose hours at night if I wasn't wearing it. What is the point of wearing a watch if you have to pull out your phone to make sure it is correct?
I emailed customer service. I was told to "wind the watch." When I replied that I did, and it didn't make a difference, and it seemed odd since it is battery operated, the response I received was to just "return it" since I was within 30 days of purchase.
When I read that I wasn't the only one with this problem, I went back to their website for it's customer service page. So it would cost me $20 to have it fixed? Not so nice either. Amazon won't let me exchange it either for what I would hope would be a working one.

The band is appealing when used in casual or outdoor activities. My watch kept very good time for about 3 weeks and then started losing 5-10 minutes of time each day.
I requested an RMA from Amazon and received an immediate response allowing the return. As someone said previously, if the watch cannot keep time it is not much good.
Thanks to Amazon for great customer service. Stuhrling needs to correct the problems which seem to exist with these time pieces!
