Great first Swiss watch!, February 21, 2012 By This review is from: TAG Heuer Men's WAP1111.BA0831 Aquaracer Silver Dial Watch (Watch) I've owned this watch for about eight months now, and I love it! This is my first "real" watch, and it is a perfect transition from Fossil/Kenneth Cole type watches into nicer Swiss watches.
The design is very classic and understated, which is what originally drew me to it. The face of the watch is uncluttered and easy to read (including the date window). Changing the time/date is a breeze with the screw-in crown. I have two main complaints about the watch thus far. The first complaint is that the watch hands are supposed to be luminescent, but they really only glow when the watch has been in sunlight for a very extended period of time. I don't usually wear the watch when doing outdoor activities, so this is a bit of a problem for me, but it may not affect you if you wear it outdoors more. Secondly, the clasp on the stainless steel band scuffs up fairly easily. As I mentioned before, I don't wear the watch when exercising or doing similar activities, but the clasp still... Read more
